Matthew Hale
Matthew Hale is an experienced builder who serves as JB Capital’s general contractor on new construction projects. He has more than 30 years of experience in construction and a depth of knowledge in commercial and residential real estate development. Matthew is a retired First Sergeant in the Marine Corps Reserve with two deployments overseas.

Matt Henick
Matt Henick holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and is a licensed Iowa Real Estate Agent. He brings experience in property management and corporate accounting and finance to the JB Capital team. He has been investing in income properties in Eastern Iowa since 2019.
